How do I look after my Pot-tastic piece?

Every Pot-tastic piece is made from white earthenware clay. All handpainted items are glazed and therefore food-safe.

Although technically the products are dishwasher safe, to retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, hand-washing is recommended.

Avoid using in a microwave as the extreme change in temperature can cause thermal shock and result in fragility and cracking and/or breakage.

Personalised Items

All personalised orders are considered final or hour after the order placement – we give you the extra hour as we realise sometimes you think of something just after pressing send! Any changes in this hour can be made by contacting us via email.

Please ensure that you take extra care when entering any names or messages into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items unless the fault is ours. All capitalisation, spelling and grammar will be as you enter.

All of our items are hand drawn and then hand painted by humans and not machines so there will sometimes be small variations depending on the wording and design you have chosen. This is part of the charm of a handmade product and what makes our products unique.

As each item is created from scratch we warn you that delivery can take up to two weeks.

We reserve the right not to accept personalised orders if we believe the personalisation that has been entered is inappropriate and/or offensive.

Design definitions

Items with handle

Please be aware that, ‘Front’ text refers to the writing on the item with the handle on the right facing forward. ‘Middle’ refers to the writing on an item with the handle at the back, ‘Back’ refers to the writing on an item with the handle on the left, and ‘Base’ text refers to the underneath of the item.

Plates

‘Top edge’ refers to the writing around the top edge at the front of the piece, ‘Centre’ refers to writing across the front middle of the piece, ‘Bottom edge’ refers to writing at the bottom edge at the front of the piece and ‘Base’ refers to the underneath of the item.

Refunds and returns

Please note that as products are personalised we do not accept returns and refund if you change your mind after you have purchased and received it.

Products that have spelling mistakes that you have made when placing the order cannot be refunded. If, however the item is faulty due to an error on our part (and we are human too!) then we will offer a full refund or replacement.

In the event that an item has been damaged in transit a replacement item, of the identical design, will be offered.
