This is a personalised signature platter - a great momento of a special event and time.

The platter has a diameter of 30cm and comes with a ceramic pen. 

My standard design is done with a bright colour selection but I can do with any colour way and have done in colours to reflect a favourite football team, or indeed any other design so please message me if you have any special requirements.

Please note: This is designed to be a decorative piece. After signing with the ceramic pens the platter should be gently hand washed and is not suitable for the dishwasher. The pens have instructions of how to set the ink by cooking in a normal oven at 150 degrees for 30 mins. 

All items are hand made to order so please allow for slight variations in the design to incorporate personalisation.

I start with a blank item of bisque - the name for a blank piece of unfired pottery. This is my canvas which I paint your design on with coloured glazes. When dry I dip in clear glaze and your plate is fired in an industrial kiln to 1000 degrees.

This is a lengthy process and takes a full 8 hours to heat up and another 20 hours to cool down.

There are lots of processes to go through to create your pieces hence the 2 week turnaround time. Please let me know if you have any questions about the process or would like me to create anything bespoke.
