This pasta bowl is 22cm x 4cm and a perfect size and shape for anyone who eats a lot of pasta or rice dishes.
I developed my Planets design when my son became interested in the planets. This design helped him learn how they sit in relevance to the Sun.
Just let me know the main colour(for the rim) and name you would like and I do the rest!
Your bowl is food safe and although technically your piece is dishwasher safe and will not fade or tarnish I recommend hand washing to keep it perfect!
I often get asked about the processes I go through to get the finished article so here goes...
I start with a blank item of bisque - the name for a blank piece of unfired pottery. This is my canvas and then I draw on the design before painting with coloured glazes. The item is then clear glazed and fired in an industrial kiln to 1000 degrees. This is a lengthy process and takes a full 8 hours to heat up and another 28 hours to cool down.
There’s a lot of processes to go through to create your pieces hence the 2 week turnaround time. Please let me know if you have any questions about the process or would like me to create anything bespoke.
This is a range I have developed over the past 12 years and I’m still adding to the collection! Totally unique each piece represents the members of your family.
These plates are 25cm, perfect for breakfast or sandwiches.
Just let me know the main colour and wording you like you would like, followed by members of the family in the order you would like them to appear (name, skin colour) and I do the rest!
Whilst keeping my little people quite generic I try to match skin tones. Please see the skin colour tile. If you don’t feel that any of the options are appropriate please get in touch and we can look at other options.
I normally balance body colours so include a blue, red, yellow, green so it looks pleasing but can do individual colours or scheme (i.e. all blues or pinks) if specified.
I also do matching mugs so if you like the design take a look at the other items in the range.
I also do matching mugs, plates and photo frames so if you like the design take a look at my shop.
